I’m a research and operations specialist with nearly a decade of experience supporting complex scientific and humanities research environments. Trained as an archaeologist, I specialize in building the infrastructure that makes rigorous research possible: clear documentation, reliable technical systems, and workflows that scale across people, projects, and institutions. My work sits at the intersection of analytical science, laboratory management, and information technology, where I focus on improving data quality, reproducibility, and operational transparency.

At Yale University, I manage interdisciplinary research laboratories, train researchers at all levels, and design custom equipment and methodologies for advanced materials analysis. Alongside this, I run a small technical consultancy providing custom computing and IT solutions for research and creative workflows. Across roles, I’m driven by a practical, systems-oriented approach: understanding how people, tools, and ideas fit together, and making those systems work better for research teams, institutions, and the broader communities they serve.
